Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served on the cool and shady terrace in front of the plantation house in a bistro like setting. While a lot of local people came to appreciate the cuisine of Landhuis Daniel, there is often a cozy intermingling of locals and tourists.The cuisine of Landhuis Daniel can be described as a mix of modern French-Mediterranean cuisine with Caribbean and Asian accents, with emphasis on the taste palette, but with an eye on presentation as well. Besides locally produced ingredients such as herbs and vegetable from the own garden, we also serve seasonal Dutch specialities as steamed mussels, fresh noth atlantic fish, white asparagus and game. For the little ones we have a variety of 20 different Dutch style pancakes. The preparation of breakfast and lunch also has the fullest attention of the chef.
An extensive winelist with old- and new world wines is available for the winelovers.
